He said “Design is choice” in the conference of IXDA 08 at Savannah. This mention will be in the same contextual alignment with what he recently wrote in business week article “The Mad Dash Toward Touch Technology” I think we need design thinking process when to choose,what to choose, why to choose those decision to make technology more accessible,useful and meaningful one to users. So those thinking should be human centered and culturally articulated thinking rather than just technical feature driven thinking.
